Heating in a bain-marie and hot reserve
Bain-marie heated buffet, available with heated lower compartment. Equipped by adjustable feet that can be masked by a skirting board. It is equipped with a 26cm deep stainless steel well with rounded edges with a drain cock and heated by silicone adhesive elements. Well and lower compartment temperature are adjustable via digital thermostat.
Each module can be equipped by different types of lighting, sneezeguard, tray holders among with many other optionals.
