Buffets with laminated wood structure, available with static or fan assisted refrigeration. The ventilation grids of the compressor unit are cut directly into the wooden structure for elegant visual continuity.
Upper plexiglass sneezeguard fixed or mobile with electrical system (Athena R/M). Well 26cm deep with drain cock. Static refrigeration of the well, gas R290. Digital thermostat (+2°/+10°) and lighting with LED. Two polyamide castors with brake included. GN pans on request.
