Heated buffet with laminated wood structure and chromed details. Capacity 3-4-5-6 GN 1/1. Fix Plexyglas® sneezeguard and front and back wood dishholders included. Stainless steel well, 18 cm. deep, equipped with drain cock. Bain marie heating with heating elements placed underneath the well, temperature controlled by mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) with indicator light. Upper LED lighting or dry heating by means of infrared lamps, with indipendent switch on (BM/INFRA). Castors Ø125 mm, 2with brake included. Buffet equipped by an industrial plug.
