Bainmarie heated buffet for schools and family hotels with LED or infrared upper lighting, structure in laminated wood, available in the colors of our range with contrasting edges. Equipped by fix Plexyglass® sneezeguard and two front/back folding plate-holders as standard. 2 Heights for the worktop: 70cm or 50 cm to make their usage easy for the yougest. Sneezeguards and dish-holders have rounded angles for greater safety. Well 18 cm. deep with drain cock, size 3-4-5-6 GN 1/1. 
Heating reguulated by a mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) and operating lighting light. The control panel can be equipped with a security door to protect the buttons (OPT. 11-HA). Base with rounded edges and bumpers. Castors Ø 75 mm, 2 with brake included.
