Metal working
All metal components of ROCAM's steel items and models are manufactured in our facility, which specializes in high-precision machining. The experience and specialized expertise of our staff ensure the production of large quantities with artisanal attention to every single piece.
Rocam carpentry
Our carpentry department is equipped with highly industrialized machinery that allows for the processing of both solid wood and laminated wood; in particular, our Biesse vertical drilling and milling machine with 4.0 connectivity is able to coordinate production activities in synergy with the other machines in the department.
Assembly
The assembly phase is one of the most delicate parts of the entire production process: it is the moment when the wooden components, made with high-quality materials and crafted with artisanal care, are joined to the iron structure of our products. Assembly is carried out by highly qualified personnel; through precision tools and technologies, the different parts of the product are joined with fasteners that ensure maximum strength and durability.
Gas charging station
We love to bet on new technologies to continue evolving, which is why we have installed the certified Galileo TP gas charging station. This new equipment allows us to achieve production efficiency ten times greater than in the past. In addition, it ensures maximum safety for the operator and the surrounding environment, thanks to an automatic control system that detects any anomalies. The gas charging station is also equipped with a 4.0 automation system, which allows for the automatic recall of programs and the recording of gas charges, improving workflow management and reducing errors.
