CERVO: AISI 304 stainless steel bain-marie counter with double insulated walls equipped with drain cock. Bain marie heating by means of immersion heaters and mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) with indicator light. GN pans not included.

GEMMA: Range of cabinets and trolleys for the storage or sorting of plates and trays. GEMMA dish warmers cabinets, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, are equipped with double insulated walls for a perfect temperature maintenance and can be also used to keep food warm. They can be equipped with castors (opt. RS) for easier handling.
